Simple breakfast, ham and egg sandwich

This is a cute and quick breakfast, made with homemade light butter toast slices and paired with ham and eggs. Insert a cute Minion card on the sandwich and drizzle it with delicious tomato sauce to increase your appetite and start a wonderful day!

Prepare two slices of toast.

Cut off the crust from all sides.

Beat 1 egg, add 1 tsp cornstarch, mix evenly.

Soak the toast slices completely in the egg liquid.

Heat oil in a pan, add toast slices and fry slightly until fragrant.

Beat another 2 whole eggs, add chopped ham, 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix evenly.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in ham and egg liquid, fry until cooked, then divide in half into two parts.

Stack a layer of toast slices and a layer of ham and omelette on top, then stack two slices of toast and two slices of ham and eggs, a total of 4 layers. Then cut into 3 portions, top with a little tomato sauce, and done.
