1. 1 I have uploaded barley water before, and I accidentally saw black bean water online. I thought it was very good and tried it. Don't fry too much at one time, don't add oil, stir fry repeatedly in the pot until it cracks slightly, turn off the heat and cover the pot to simmer. When the pot is cool, put it in a lunch box. It's best to seal the jar.
