For an old hen, only take the meat from the chicken breast and legs. Please remember to clean off the chicken skin and fat.

Clean the lean chicken meat, cut it into large pieces and put it directly into the stew pot, then add a piece of broken donkey hide gelatin.

Add a small bottle of mineral water until the water level covers the ingredients by about 3 centimeters, not too much.
