Cold Lettuce and Bolognese Sauce
Overview
When you have a poor appetite in the summer, it’s also a good idea to have a cold dish. This cold dish is different from other cold dishes in that it uses homemade meat sauce and mixes it together to make it delicious and nutritious.

Prepare the main ingredients, peel the lettuce, wash and cut into shreds.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and two tablespoons of starch to the meat filling, mix well and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot and bring to a boil, scald the shredded lettuce and take it out.

Remove the lettuce to a plate.

Pour off the water and put it back into the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the meat filling and stir-fry for a while.

Add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add another spoonful of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, and half a spoonful of sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add about a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Finally add a spoonful of water starch to thicken the soup and turn off the heat. (I answered a phone call midway and the soup was boiled dry)

Pour the meat sauce on top of the lettuce and add the chopped green onions to finish.
