How to cook Two-color glasses toast at home

Use the post-oil method to knead to the complete stage (you can pull out a large film, even if the hole is broken, the edge will be smooth). Divide evenly into two parts, mix one part with cocoa powder and water evenly. Place it in two pots for basic fermentation until it doubles in size. It is better to poke holes with flour with your fingers and it will not shrink back
Roll the two doughs into rounds and let them rise for 15 minutes
Roll out into square dough. Stack it, the lower dough piece is slightly larger than the upper dough piece, roll it up from top to bottom and put it into the mold for secondary fermentation until it is 8/9 minutes full and covered
Cover and cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes on the middle and lower layers
