Steps
-
Put the dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine, knead for 10 minutes before adding butter, and continue kneading for 20 minutes! Until the dough is smooth!
-
The kneaded dough has a stretchable shape, and you can stretch it out with your hands!
-
Then knead it smooth and put it in the bread machine for the first fermentation!
-
While the dough is fermenting, we can make the butter puff pastry. After the butter softens at room temperature, add sugar and stir evenly, then add low-gluten flour and continue stirring!
-
Stir the butter and low-gluten flour until they are very smooth! Place into a piping bag and set aside! Just make a small cut with scissors!
-
The dough after the first rise is twice as big as the original dough. If you press it with your hands and there is no shrinkage, it means the dough is ready!
-
Deflate the dough and knead until smooth, wrap in plastic wrap and continue to rise for 15 minutes!
-
Then weigh the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions
-
Roll out the dough and add some fillings of your choice, or omit them of course!
-
Roll the dough into a cylinder shape! It’s best to have the same width as the mold you’re using!
-
Then put the dough into the mold and ferment it at 30 degrees for 40 minutes! If you use an oven, add a bowl of water to the oven to maintain humidity!

Look at the internal structure of the baked bread, it’s really silky!
