Ingredients: water chestnuts (washed and peeled)

Snow peas (picked and washed)

Place the water chestnuts on the chopping board and cut them into pieces, set aside.

Unpack the dried eggs, cut them on the chopping board, and set aside.

Boil the snow peas in a pot of water and remove.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced water chestnuts, dried eggs and blanched snow peas and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Season and stir-fry until combined.
