Honey apple custard

Overview

I recently bought another apple at home, but I ate it a bit slowly. I ran out of honey a while ago and bought two pounds of honey. It was spring honey. My colleague shook it at home, and I didn’t ask what kind of flowers it was. It didn’t taste very sweet, and the two little guys didn’t like it... I tried steaming apples over the weekend, and added a spoonful of honey. I don’t know what effect it has, but it’s quite good to eat.

Steps

1. 1 Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces.
