Honey cold rice dumplings
Overview
Honey cold rice dumplings are different from other rice dumplings in that they are neither filled with fillings nor rice dumpling leaves. They are made entirely of glutinous rice and wrapped in a triangular shape. They are as white as jade, refreshing and relieving the heat. When eating, cut it into small pieces with silk thread or bamboo knife, put it on a plate, and pour bee and rose sauce on it. It tastes soft, cool and sweet, fragrant and delicious.
