Prepare the ingredients for the brownie body and heat the oven to 190 degrees

Melt chocolate and butter over water

Add caster sugar to the melted chocolate

Stir evenly and add the beaten eggs several times

Finally, add the sifted flour. Don't worry about the flour becoming glutenous. Stir it casually. Once evenly distributed, put it into a 4-inch round cake mold, place it in the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes
