Steps
-
Pour the dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, and place the bucket into the bread machine to secure it. Select the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading and fermentation. The default time is 1:40
-
minutes after the program starts, add softened butter at room temperature
-
After the dough is kneaded, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage
-
Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed
-
Take out the fermented dough, knead it evenly and deflate it
-
Divide into 8 parts
-
After rolling, let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a round shape
-
After turning it over, stretch it into a rectangular shape and thin the short bottom edge
-
Spread an appropriate amount of bean paste filling on the dough, making sure to leave space at the bottom
-
Roll up the dough and pinch to seal
-
Cut three slits in the rolled dough and divide it evenly into four parts, but be careful not to cut
-
Turn the cut side down, and the last piece of dough rests on the junction of the first and second pieces of dough
-
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet, put it in a warm and moist place, and ferment until it is about 1.5 times in size
-
Then brush a layer of egg wash on the surface of the dough
-
Then sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds in the center of the dough
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
-
Leave to cool and then store in a sealed container
