Wash the soaked black fungus and take it out.

Tear into small florets and set aside.

Place the softened salt-fried pork skin on a chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the washed lentils and stir-fry.

Then, add the cut salt-fried pork skin and washed black fungus and stir-fry.
