Stir-fried Cauliflower with Cloud Fungus
Overview
Nowadays, the cauliflower is really big. I bought one and couldn’t finish it. I divided it into two meals. I just gave some cloud fungus yesterday and I didn’t finish it. I stir-fried it with the cauliflower. The combination of black and white and the contrast of the two colors looked so comfortable and harmonious. Cloud fungus can remove garbage from blood vessels and intestines, and cauliflower is crude fiber. Eating more can help intestinal digestion and help relieve constipation. It’s a combination of two healthy ingredients. It doesn’t hurt to eat more.

Wash the cauliflower, cut into small florets, and soak in salt water for 10 minutes.

Soak the cloud fungus in hair, wash it and tear it into small pieces.

Heat the pot and sauté the star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour the cauliflower into the pot and start to stir-fry slowly over medium heat. This process will take a little longer, so be patient.

When the surface of the cauliflower is slightly browned, add the cloud fungus and continue to stir-fry until mature.
