Stir-fried cauliflower
Overview
After my husband finished eating this dish, he said it was delicious, but a little spicy. Well, okay, I won’t add spicy food next time!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Break off the cauliflower into small florets and soak them in light salt water for 20 minutes, remove them, wash them and drain them.
-
Chop the ginger and garlic, and cut the dried chilies into sections.
-
For large cauliflowers, cut them in half with a knife. Cut them into small florets and stir-fry them for a while.
-
Add a little more oil to the pot than usual, because it is dry and requires more oil. After the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, and dried chili pepper and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry, first turn to high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and stir-fry until the cauliflower is soft and cooked. Do not add water.
-
Add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and pepper to taste, and stir-fry evenly.

Plate. Very tasty!
