Chocolate mousse
Overview
If you like me, please follow my WeChat public account Tianluo Girl! Summer is coming soon, and it’s time to eat all kinds of cold desserts. Mousse is one of my favorite desserts to cool down~ Mousse is also called parfait. It is made by using various coagulants to add the desired flavor to cream and condense it into a silky and elastic block. Generally, gelatin is used, but if you don’t happen to have gelatin around, actually this chocolate mousse recipe that does not require gelatin is also very good!
