Fish head soup
Overview
There was a supermarket new opening promotion some time ago, and grass carp was cheap. I bought a few, marinated one, and used the rest to make smoked fish, fish balls, etc. The remaining fish heads were used to make soup. The soup was milky white in color, delicious in texture, nutritious and delicious!
