Steps

1. 1 Prepare materials, remove pits from jujube

   

2. 2 Boil jujube meat, water and brown sugar together over low heat for 20 minutes

   

3. 3 Cook until thickened, turn off heat and let cool and set aside

   

4. 4 Add corn oil and mix well

   

5. 5 Add eggs and mix well

   

6. 6 Sift in the flour and mix well

   

7. 7 Add baking powder and mix well

   

8. 8 Pour into a 20×20 mold and gently shake out any air bubbles. Oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, cover with tin foil

   

9. 9 Complete
