Cook the bacon and slice it, cut the green and red pepper into small rounds, and slice the garlic.

Cut the potatoes into about 2 or 3mm slices and fry them in an air fryer until they turn slightly yellow. You can also skip this step and fry them directly in a pan for a longer time.

Fry the bacon in a pan until it becomes transparent, oily and slightly brown, remove and set aside.

Fry the potatoes until golden brown on both sides and sprinkle with a little salt.

Plan the potatoes aside, add garlic slices and fry until fragrant, add bacon, green and red peppers, and stir-fry.

Transfer to preheated casserole and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
