Wash the crabs and cut them into pieces. Pour off the excess water and set aside

Prepare all the auxiliary ingredients, flatten and slice the ginger, remove and flatten the garlic, cut the green onion into sections and set aside

Turn on the heat, put some salt in the pot and stir-fry, then add oil, add ginger, garlic, green onions, and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the washed crabs (do not pour in the water from the plate as well)

After frying for a while, add rice wine first, then light soy sauce, cover the pot with a lid
