Two-color whole wheat purple potato toast
Overview
The child likes to eat purple sweet potato bread. During this period, I make a lot of bread. Although I still can’t change many tricks, I am getting more and more comfortable while making it. Therefore, I have also developed my ability to make two breads at a time. The finished product picture and the process picture were taken in two times. The recipe is for one loaf of bread! It’s still a one-time fermentation, so it’s easy, haha~

-
Steam the purple sweet potato in advance and press it into puree while hot. Take 60g and set aside.
-
Collection of materials.
-
Except for butter and purple sweet potato puree, knead all the ingredients into a dough first from liquid to solid, then add butter and knead until the dough reaches the extension stage, that is, a rough film appears.
-
Divide the kneaded dough into two parts, add purple sweet potato puree to one part and continue kneading.
-
Add purple sweet potato puree and knead evenly.
-
Deflate the kneaded dough-knead it into a ball-and let it rise, then braid it into a large twist and divide the twist into two parts from the middle.
-
Place in bread barrel to ferment.
-
Ferment until 7 minutes full and the dough becomes chubby. Brush the surface with egg wash.
-
Select the "bake" function of the bread machine and it will take about 40 minutes.
-
Let the baked bread cool completely before slicing it into slices to reveal a graceful pattern.
-
After slicing, you can spread jam or condensed milk on it. It’s also delicious just eating it without spreading anything on it!
