Braised crucian carp with vermicelli

Wash the crucian carp and set aside.

Wash the lettuce seedlings and set aside.

Slice the garlic and loosen the thick slices of ginger.

Heat oil and add ginger, garlic slices, and dried chili peppers in sequence. If you like it spicy, break the chili peppers.

Fry the crucian carp on both sides.

Stuff the fish belly with some seasonings.

Pour in soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add soaked vermicelli and cook until cooked.

Add lettuce sprouts. Lettuce seedlings are leftover from growing lettuce and are probably not available for purchase. . .
