Overview
It's been extremely hot in Guangzhou these days, with the highest temperature even reaching 32°, which is really unappetizing. But the newly opened local pork shop downstairs attracted me and I bought some ribs. If I don’t eat them today, they will go bad. So I paired it with the yellow peaches at home. The fruit is really refreshing. To neutralize the greasiness of the ribs, Dad ate several in a row. This dish comes just by chance, it's almost the World Cup again, and with it you can eat as much as you want, with a grilled rib in your left hand and a bottle of beer in your right hand. It's so refreshing. Poor my dad, the general's belly is going to be a few sizes bigger.

Cut the ribs into pieces and wash them clean.

Marinate with all seasonings for 4 hours.
