Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Take it out and knead it briefly, divide it into 6 equal parts of small dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Roll the small dough into a long strip, put a layer of red beans on top, roll it up from one end (tighter) and place it in a toast box.

  7. That's it, put the toast box in the oven for secondary fermentation.

  8. After secondary fermentation, you can brush it with a thin layer of egg wash and bake it in a preheated oven.

  9. When the time is up, take it out of the oven, unmold it and place it on a cooling rack.
