Pickle beans (I pickled them myself, you can also buy them outside) rinse with water and cut into small pieces, mince the meat, slice the garlic, chop the dried chilies, and chop the ginger

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced meat and some soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry. Add ginger, garlic, dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in sour beans.
