Purple sweet potato glutinous rice dumplings
Overview
Purple sweet potato and glutinous rice are both very nutritious foods. I make this for breakfast. After making it, just put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. You can just take it out in the morning and cook it directly. It will be cooked quickly and is convenient and nutritious.

Wash purple sweet potato and cut into pieces

Place in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes

After steaming, remove the skin and press into purple sweet potato puree

Add glutinous rice flour, I didn’t add water because there are more purple sweet potatoes

Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky

Make small glutinous rice balls, just enough for one bite, and easy to cook. Because of the lighting problem, the color is distorted, it should be the color of the dough. I made a lot of them and put some in the refrigerator to make breakfast later.

Boil a pot of hot water and add small glutinous rice balls

Cook until all the glutinous rice balls float to the surface. Put them in a bowl and add some white or brown sugar and you are ready to eat
