Beef Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce
Overview
Today's beef ribs are poured with black pepper-flavored vegetable juice, and they are boiled and fried, so they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They taste very fragrant and have a relatively complex taste. My son loves it! In the process of making this dish, most of the time, high fire is used. High fire, pressure cooking, high fire frying, especially the deep-frying process, must be hot oil. This can quickly fry the skin and retain the moisture inside to the greatest extent, so that the meat will taste crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
