Overview
I have some cornmeal at home and I don’t know how to eat it well. Later, I researched how to make it soft and not hard. This time I did it very successfully

Steps
-
Put cornmeal, white flour, angelica and raisins into a basin (the ratio of cornmeal to white flour is 1:1.5) and stir evenly
-
Milk warm
-
Pour the milk into the flour and mix well. Don't make it too thick. It needs to be a little thinner so that the cake will be soft
-
Cover and let ferment until doubled in size
-
Dip your hands in water and form a small ball of dough. Place it into a non-stick pan and press it flat. Fry one side until golden brown and then turn over
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides before serving

When it comes out of the pan, it’s fragrant with milk, soft and delicious
