Overview
Little pumpkins are small, cute, delicious and nutritious. So I tried making breakfast to attract my daughter. It's very simple to make, but the effect is quite amazing.

Wash the small pumpkin and cut out a lid as shown in the picture. The zigzag pumpkin cap is more difficult to cut and requires strength and endurance. If you want something simpler, just cut it into a circle. Then hollow out the melon seed core inside to make a pumpkin cup. Wash and set aside.

Cut cucumbers, fruit radishes, and bell peppers into small dices. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add small cubes and stir-fry. When the color changes, add the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are clearly defined. Add salt and MSG to complete the fried rice. (Actually, you can customize the ingredients for fried rice by yourself. You can also choose Yangzhou fried rice, or fried rice with meat or bacon. Because I make breakfast for my children, I want to consider it light and nutritious, so I only choose vegetables rich in vitamins for the fried rice ingredients.)

Fill the pumpkin pot with fried rice, cover with pumpkin lid, and steam for about 20 minutes. When a toothpick can be easily inserted into the pumpkin, it means that the pumpkin has been steamed and is ready to be plated.
