Braised Yellow Croaker
Overview
Fish is a good thing. There is also a yellow croaker in the refrigerator. I will cook it for my son for lunch~

Wash and cut the yellow croaker, apply appropriate amount of salt and marinate for half an hour

Onion segments and appropriate amount of ginger slices

Appropriate amount of chopped green onion

Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan. When the oil temperature is 5 degrees hot, add the marinated yellow croaker and turn on low heat

Fry until golden brown and turn over (be sure to use a spatula and chopsticks at the same time when turning over)

Fry until golden brown, add green onions and ginger slices, stir-fry a few times

Add appropriate amount of water, dark soy sauce and cooking wine

Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the fish over and cover the pot (use a spatula and chopsticks when turning the fish over to prevent the fish from breaking). If it is not salty, add a small amount of salt
