Wash the ingredients, remove the core and shred the red dates. (If you don’t like shredding, don’t cut it)

Put the red dates and longan into the pot (you can add an appropriate amount of ginger slices or ginger juice), bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes.

Add the milk to the mixer and bring to a lukewarm temperature. (If you like it sweet, you can add a small amount of brown sugar)
