Crispy fried chicken wings - Mom no longer has to worry about me going to KFC
Overview
I used to go to KFC and McDonald's a lot, not for the space or to eat burgers, but for the crispy chicken wings. I had to carry my mother on my back every time, hehe... Now, I had an idea. I thought about the taste of KFC and imagined what ingredients to put in. The chicken wings turned out to be so crispy and delicious, and my husband praised them for being delicious...

Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings, drain the water, use toothpicks to poke N small holes evenly on the chicken wings to better absorb the flavor, then put them in a large bowl and set aside.
-
Add minced onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, five-spice powder, chili powder, black pepper, light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence into the chicken wings, and mix well with your hands.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour (I don't eat it in a hurry, I leave it overnight and it tastes better).
-
Prepare bread crumbs, flour, eggs, and an empty plate, and beat the eggs into egg liquid.
-
Scrape the marinated chicken wings off the green onions and ginger, and coat them evenly with a layer of flour.
-
Place the flour-coated chicken wings into the egg mixture.
-
Then use chopsticks to pick it out and put it into the bread crumbs, coating it evenly with the bread crumbs.
-
Place the chicken wings coated in bread crumbs on an empty plate and let them sit for a while so that the egg liquid can fully adhere to the bread crumbs.
-
Put oil in the pot, when it is 70% hot, add the chicken wings, turn to low heat and fry constantly, turning over.
-
Fry until the surface is crispy and brown. Use a chopstick to pierce it and it will pierce to the bottom easily. When the front side of the chicken wings is cooked, put it on a plate and use absorbent paper to remove the oil, and then it is ready to eat.
