Crispy Pork Chops with Corn Salad
Overview
When I was in high school in Shanghai, fried pork chop was almost the most popular main dish. Opening the lunch box, a large piece of pork chop was covered with rice. The feeling of satisfaction is self-evident. However, in order to ensure the hygiene of the lunch box, the method of freezing and then reheating made the overnight meal taste really unsatisfactory. The truly delicious pork chop I tasted was the fried pork chop cooked by my husband, Uncle Shao, at the home of Teacher Xie, who is just like my mother. As the pork chops cook, the sound of oil sizzling is enough to whet your appetite.

Add the chopped corn kernels to the pan where the pork chops are fried and stir-fry until fragrant.
