Choose pork belly
-
Cut the pork belly into pieces

Remember to break off the washed potatoes into chunks with the tip of a knife. This is how I watched my mother break the potatoes into chunks when I was a kid. I thought it was really easy to taste and delicious. The key is to pass on mom’s little tips.
-
Because curry is added at the end, I try to add as little seasoning as possible so as not to steal the flavor of the curry. Chop the garlic slices and set aside.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add 80% to 90% of meat, add a little sugar and stir-fry. Add a little more soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
-
Stir-fry the meat until evenly browned, then add garlic slices and potatoes and continue to stir-fry.
-
After stir-frying evenly, add water, cover and simmer. Add a little chicken essence and salt to the pot and continue simmering. After all the meat and vegetables are cooked, add the curry cubes and reduce the heat to a low heat.
