Overview

There were very few items in the bakery during the Chinese New Year, so I bought a pack of small salty meal buns. Eating them just like this would definitely not taste good and not nutritious enough, so I used my brain to find ready-made ingredients at home to make a nutritious breakfast. I thought that when I was traveling in Malaysia, I saw that they made this kind of egg pancake at the breakfast buffet. It looked good, so I tried it. It turned out really good after trying it.

  1. First make the ingredients for the egg pancake: cut the green pepper, mushrooms, carrots and bacon into small cubes, mix well with the egg liquid, and add an appropriate amount of salt

  2. Heat a non-stick pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, then use a spoon to scoop out a little mixed egg liquid and place it in the center of the pan, trying to keep it round and about the size of a meal bag

  3. After setting, turn over and continue frying until both sides are slightly browned

  4. Wash the lettuce and cut it to about the same size or length as a meal bag

  5. Separate the meal bag in the middle, you can cut it into two pieces or connect it a little bit like a big mouth

  6. Add the fried egg pancake and washed lettuce into the big mouth. Finally, add whatever sauce you like, such as ketchup, salad dressing, black pepper, etc.
