Overview
My favorite way to eat vegetables is to boil them, cook them casually until they are just cooked, sauté the garlic and sprinkle it on the vegetables, pour some soy sauce on it, and you are ready to eat. It seems like a simple method, but it all depends on you using the right soy sauce to bring out the freshness and sweetness of the vegetables...

Prepare materials

Boil a pot of water, add a few slices of ginger and an appropriate amount of oil

Boil the watercress until just cooked, remove and set aside

Heat a pan, add oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, turn off heat

Pour garlic oil over cooked watercress
