Overview
Honey crispy buns are also called Korean steamed buns. They are so delicious that you can’t stop eating them. I have made it several times, and every time it comes out of the oven, my husband and the baby can’t wait to eat it, which shows that this bun is not ordinary delicious.

Pour the milk and eggs into the bread machine bucket, then add sugar and salt, then add the flour, and finally add the yeast.

Let the base ferment until doubled in size.

Divide into 12 portions, roll into balls, and rest for 10 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out to about 20 cm long.

Roll up from top to bottom, continue to rest for 10 minutes, and then cut the dough through.

Flatten the cut dough slightly with your hands.

Glue the dough cutouts with the base mixture. (5 grams of white sugar, 10 grams of cake flour, 20 grams of white sesame seeds)

Grease a baking pan with butter and spread the dough in the baking pan.

Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation, temperature 38-40 degrees, about 30 minutes.
