Wash the rice and put it into a casserole. After boiling over high heat, simmer slowly over low heat for about 40-60 minutes. During this period, keep stirring the bottom of the casserole to avoid sticking to the pot. If time is urgent, you can use a pressure rice cooker to cook white porridge, which only takes 30 or 40 minutes.

Choose Korean small packages of roasted seaweed or Poli seaweed, take out small pieces, mash them up, and sprinkle them evenly on the porridge. You can add the amount of seaweed according to your own taste.
