Wash and peel the sweet beans, break the corn into kernels, wash, peel and dice the carrots and set aside (I made one corn, so there is a bit too much)

Cut the lean meat into mince and marinate with salt and light soy sauce for preparation

Heat the pot and add cooking oil. When it is medium cooked, add the marinated minced meat

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color

Add the prepared sweet beans, corn kernels and diced carrots, continue to stir-fry for three to five minutes, add a little salt (for the better flavor, just a little, add enough salt before putting it in the pot), surround a small bowl with half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
