Prepare a piece of fresh pork belly. We buy a leaner one, slice it into thin slices according to the grain, add a little salt and marinate it for half an hour.

Brush the pan with oil, add the pork belly, and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry the oil out of the pork belly.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, then flip once one side is cooked.

Add a little BBQ sauce.

Mix five spice powder, cumin powder, barbecue powder and chicken essence until evenly mixed.

Put the seasonings in, turn up the heat and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Just use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil and put it on a plate. Just keep the heat low during frying.
