  1. Prepare a piece of fresh pork belly. We buy a leaner one, slice it into thin slices according to the grain, add a little salt and marinate it for half an hour.

  6. Mix five spice powder, cumin powder, barbecue powder and chicken essence until evenly mixed.

  7. Put the seasonings in, turn up the heat and stir-fry evenly before serving.

  8. Just use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil and put it on a plate. Just keep the heat low during frying.
