Rich coffee toast
Overview
The coffee powder used in the mellow coffee toast is very pure, and the toast made has a slightly bitter taste, but I like the bitter taste with the aroma of mellow coffee. The mellow coffee toast can be served with a cup of milk, milk tea, or hot cocoa. It can be used as breakfast or afternoon tea. If you are not used to it, you can add more sugar.

Put the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine

Use the bread machine to make dough 20 minutes before the dough is set, beat the flour until smooth, add butter

Then repeatedly use the first 20 minutes to beat the dough until you can pull out the hand mask

Place it in the refrigerator to ferment 2.5 times in size, and it will not shrink back when you insert your fingers

Take out the dough and deflate it

Divide the dough into 3 parts, deflate the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes

Spread the dough into a sheet

Fold in half

Then use a flour roll to roll it into a rectangular shape

Roll up and place in a toast mold and place in the refrigerator to ferment

Ferment until 8 minutes full and coat the surface with egg wash

Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil about 15 minutes in the middle to prevent excessive coloring
