Overview

Diving Rabbit with Two Peppers is a famous Sichuan Han dish and belongs to the Sichuan cuisine. It is fresh, tender, slightly spicy, crispy and delicious. 3. 3 After the rabbit meat is taken out, add a little oil to soak the ginger and pickled peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of watercress, stir-fry evenly, then add the two wattle peppers and stir-fry.

   

4. 4 Then add the green bamboo shoots and oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

   

5. 5 Then pour boiling water or stock, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, and salt to taste. After boiling over high heat, pour in the rabbit meat. Cook for a few minutes and then take it out. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, dried chili peppers, green Sichuan peppercorns, and chili noodles, and then pour a spoonful of hot oil.
