Hanamaki

Hanamaki

Overview

Steamed Hanamaki - What is steamed is Hanamaki, but more of the steamed longing, and what is steamed is the longing for mother; Double Ninth Festival - a day of unity, a day to accompany parents; in a foreign country, every festival only has greetings on the phone. What we hear on the other end of the phone is no longer nagging about the trivial matters of our lives, but more about saying that they are doing well at home, so that children who are away from home don't worry! In fact, I understand what my mother is thinking! Every time I leave my parents, I start looking forward to the next meeting! When I was in high school, every Sunday morning when I left home and walked to school, my mother would ask me to bring big and small bags; with my mother's concern, my mother's hope, and my mother's dry food full of love - Hanamaki; I grew up, left, and lived in a foreign country for my career and family; but whenever others mentioned me in front of my family, my parents were very proud, proud that my daughter was working hard in a foreign country with her small family; every time I made pasta, I made it according to my mother’s traditional method deep in my memory. I know that no mother can make it as delicious and beautiful as my mother’s!
