Green stem cauliflower, set aside.

Cut into florets.

Add cauliflower in clean water, add a little salt and white flour, soak for about six minutes to remove impurities, then rinse and drain.

Boil the water, add a little salt and a little oil, add the cauliflower and blanch it until cooked, crispy and green.

Rinse the blanched cauliflower in cold water, dry out the water, and put it in a basin.

Mince the garlic, mince the chives, and chop the red pepper. Set aside.
