Red Dragon Fruit Mochi
Overview
Mochi is one of the delicacies that many people like to eat, and my family also likes mochi very much. This is my second time making homemade mochi. Although each one is not very uniform because it is sticky to my hands, the texture is good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mochi powder and red pitaya powder.
-
Mix the two powders evenly.
-
Add eggs, water and cooking oil.
-
Stir to this state.
-
I squeezed it into the baking pan and forgot to take a picture (take another picture), this is the state after it was put in the oven for about 10 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Increase the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 150 degrees and bake for 25 to 28 minutes (place the middle and lower layers of the baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes and then turn the lower heat to 140 degrees).
-
Remove and plate. Because they are sticky and some are not uniform in size (there are still some that are not packed), they taste good.
