Before starting the bread machine, pour in the milk and mix it evenly with chopsticks so that the flour will not fly everywhere

Put in the milk powder and cheese slices and start the bread machine. I used the 8-rise dough that Tanglin used first and started kneading it

After kneading for 10 minutes, add butter and choose 2 French breads and continue kneading

After kneading, stop the bread machine and pull out the film for 10 minutes to wait for fermentation

The risen dough will not shrink when you make a hole in it

Divide into small portions, 60 grams each

Roll out into long strips

Fold both sides back as shown in the figure

Roll up from one end

The prepared bread embryos are placed on the baking sheet and wait for fermentation again

After fermentation, it looks twice as big as before

Preheat the oven to 170℃, brush with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes

Bake at 170℃ for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown and take out
