Milk bread
Overview
This bread is really super soft and has a great texture that makes you want to stop eating it☺. It can also be used as a basic bread dough to make your own favorite flavor. (If you can sprinkle some chives and pizza cheese on top, it will become cheese bread!)

Prepare materials
-
Mix all the ingredients except butter, make a small well in the flour and put the yeast in it.
-
Start the kneading process of the bread machine until a thicker film can be drawn out
-
Add butter and knead until it is completely cooked. When you open it with your hands, a thin film will appear, commonly known as "glove film"😛
-
Make the dough into a round shape and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (I fermented it in a bread machine). Use your fingers to dip some flour into the dough and poke a small hole in the dough so that it won't spring back quickly.
-
Divide the dough into 16 equal parts, mine is about 37 grams per dough, deflate, roll back, and rest for 15 minutes. (You can divide the required weight into pieces according to the total amount of dough.)
-
Add your favorite fillings (you can include bean paste, coconut milk, custard), I wrapped a few bean pastes, and left the rest without fillings to make small meal packages.
-
Place the bread base on a baking sheet and place in a warm, moist place for secondary fermentation. When doubled, brush with egg wash and put some sesame seeds, coconut or almond slices on the bread. I put a few of each😜. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees in advance.
-
degrees, about 15-20 minutes (you can delay or adjust the temperature appropriately according to the temperature of your oven, the original recipe temperature is 170 degrees, 15 minutes), bake until the dough exposed in the middle is golden brown. Pay attention to the fact that the coconut is easy to burn, and you can add tin foil after coloring to avoid the color being too dark. I accidentally turned it a little dark🙄

It can also be used as a small burger. Cut the bread in the middle, add fried bacon and cilantro and sandwich it with cheese or salad. It tastes great 😍
