Cocoa flavored custard sauce

Overview

I modified it based on Yu Fei's custard sauce. It tastes pretty good, mainly because I like chocolate-flavored things too much

Steps

1. 1 Mix egg yolks and sugar evenly

   

2. 2 Mix milk, cake flour and cocoa powder and stir evenly.

   

3. 3 Pour the milk paste into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly

   

4. 4 Sift the batter into the pan

   

5. 5 Drop in vanilla extract

   

6. 6 Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. until thick. Turn off the heat and continue stirring for a while.

   

7. 7 Pour into a crisper, cool and store in the refrigerator. The filling of puffs is so delicious

   

8. 8 Look at the puffs I made
