Double Flavored Shrimp
Overview
Everyone likes to eat mantis shrimp, and today’s double-flavored mantis shrimp is also an excellent choice to go with rice and wine. One dish has two flavors. Both flavors have their own merits and both are so delicious that they have no friends.

Brush the mantis shrimps clean, drain and set aside

Minced garlic is ready

Heat the oil in the pot until it is smoking

Pour in the mantis shrimp and fry for five minutes, then take it out

Heat oil in the pan and continue to sauté the other half of the minced garlic

Pour in the remaining mantis shrimp, add a spoonful of Laoganma and stir-fry for 2 minutes
