Natural yeast version of scallion pancake
Overview
I raise natural grape yeast myself, and I get tired of making bread every week. However, if I don’t feed the yeast and I’m afraid it will spoil, I tried to use natural yeast to make scallion pancakes today. The effect was good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. If you have yeast at home, you can give it a try.
