Fried buns with cumin
Overview
At home, my mother bought a piece of salty bread. It was a super big one and no one was eating it. I suddenly thought that it would be good to fry the bread like a steamed bun and eat it as a vegetable, so I started to mess with it (my mother always said that I was messing with it). Also, this is the first time I’ve posted a recipe. The first time I posted a recipe, I made it using leftover bread, which convinced me, haha. This is definitely a lazy man's meal, and my mother said that when times were hard in the past, there were not many white-flour steamed buns, so she often dried them in the sun and fried them. This can be regarded as an aftertaste~ The fried ones are no different from the steamed buns. The inside is softer and fragrant than the fried steamed buns~

Ingredients
Steps
-
A big piece of salty bread😂
-
Cut the bread into small cubes and prepare appropriate seasonings
-
Finely chop the onion and adjust the seasoning yourself. Mom doesn’t like spicy food. If she does, add chili powder for a better color
-
Add a small amount of water and two tablespoons of oil and stir the seasonings evenly. Be careful not to add too much water or it will not be crispy when fried.
-
Put the bread cubes in a non-stick pan without oil and toast them a little
-
Add a little oil to the wok, add the bread cubes from the non-stick pan, and stir-fry a few times over high heat
-
Pour the seasonings in two batches, then stir-fry over high heat. When the juice dries up, turn to low heat and stir-fry until the water is dry. Then it is ready to serve~

Dangdang~ The lazy dish is finished, with the smell of barbecue😝
